What
When Claude Code runs non-interactively with the stream-json output format, it writes a stream of JSON messages for another program to read. It now has a way to write display rows into that stream as well, along with related pointer results.
Why
Programs built on the SDK, the toolkit for driving Claude Code from code, may start receiving display-row output and should be ready to handle or skip it.
