What
When you hand off to a cloud session (a session running on Anthropic's servers instead of your machine) and the first message fails to arrive, Claude Code could already warn that the message may not have reached it, or that it couldn't send your first message. It can now also warn that this cloud session may not have, or doesn't have, your conversation.
Why
You are told when the cloud session may be missing what you had discussed, so you know to give it that context again.
