What
Claude Code now writes a single diagnostic warning when a session is missing the information about which programs may write to it. It does this only when CLAUDE_CODE_ENVIRONMENT_KIND is not set and remote tools, plugins or settings are being guarded.

This is for diagnosis only and does not change how Claude Code behaves.
