When a cloud session reports that its runner (the process that hosts the session) exited during the setup phase, Claude Code now waits briefly for a refusal message before finishing. Before, it stopped reading the session's output straight away.
Why
If a cloud session fails to launch, you are more likely to see the reason it was refused instead of a bare failure.
