Two lists inside Claude Code each have one more entry:
tool.describe now sits alongside command.describe env.get prompt.section input_host_mid_turn_prompt now appears in a list of names for where input can come from. Why
On their own these additions do not change anything you can see. They may be early groundwork for later features that let add-ons and the programs hosting Claude Code do more.
