What
Claude Code has a tool for adding a task to its to-do list. When a task is created, the tool used to send back only the task's id and subject. It now also sends back the task's description.
Why
Whatever reads that result, whether the screen or Claude itself, has the full task right after creating it and does not need to look it up again.
