What
A subagent is a helper Claude starts to handle part of a task. Claude Code runs a background check that classifies subagent settings, and that check now records its outcome: success, or one of three failure reasons:
The reply could not be read.
The reply had no text.
The request failed.
Its request now always includes an attribution header.
Why
This only adds reporting and does not change what you see.
