What
The sandbox limits which files commands can reach. To apply file deny rules, it rewrites how some paths are spelled. It can now be told to leave paths under /dev alone. /dev is the folder that holds device files. Paths there keep their original spelling.
Why
This is a narrow fix in how the sandbox handles device paths.
