When Claude Code starts, it sometimes shows a tip. The tip "Name your conversations with /rename to find them easily in /resume later" used to need an extra condition as well as more than 10 startups. It now needs only more than 10 startups.

More people will see the reminder that /rename makes conversations easier to find in /resume.
