This build adds several internal pieces:
- Reason codes for reading synced skills in a remote session, forwarding a sent message, and organization documents.
- A worker option for leaving the pool after a server error.
- Message labels for promotional credit that is approaching its limit and credit that is used up.
One refusal reason, for a test virtual machine run without a virtual machine, was removed.
