What
A permission prompt is the card that asks you to approve something Claude wants to do. In cloud sessions, such a card can be set aside behind a note. Before, the card was dropped if it had become too old or if the tool's input no longer matched. Both checks are removed: the card is now kept behind the note whenever the tool name matches.
Why
This changes how set-aside permission prompts behave in cloud sessions. A card you come back to may be older, or describe different input, than the action now waiting.
