What
Claude Code adds two names to the list of events it can report:
shell_old_bash_refusal, for refusing to run on an old version of bash (the shell program that runs terminal commands)
plan_doc, for plan documents
The step that reports a feature as not available used to be fixed to Drive file references through MCP (Model Context Protocol, the standard Claude Code uses to connect to outside tools and services). It now takes the feature as an input, so the same refusal can be used for more than one feature.
Why
The refusal report for old bash versions points to Claude Code checking which bash version it is running on. In practice these changes add to what Claude Code can report and do not change what you are asked to do.
