What
When the service refuses a request and Claude Code falls back to a message explaining the refusal, its internal report of that refusal now includes cybersecurity verification information whenever that information is present. A new reporting category is recorded when such a fallback message is built with that information set.
Three more names were added to Claude Code's internal lists of reporting categories: promo_credit_usage_notice, native_cleanup_app_bundles and task_list_subagent_calls.
Why
This is internal reporting about refusals connected to cybersecurity checks, along with a cleanup step for app bundles in native installs. It does not change what you see.
