What
Claude in Chrome lets Claude control your Chrome browser. Before Claude Code runs one of its browser actions, it now checks the website the action targets against your deny rules, which are permission rules that block Claude from using certain tools or resources. If a rule matches that site, the action is refused with the message 'Claude in Chrome call refused under a deny rule'.
Before, there was no deny-rule check at this point.
Why
Deny rules you set for a domain now also cover what Claude does in the browser.
