The footer line that summarizes your background tasks (work Claude Code keeps running while you carry on) was reworked. When every background task is a local workflow, it still reads "1 background dynamic workflow" or "background dynamic workflows", as before. Monitor tasks are now included in the summary.
Whether monitor tasks are counted is controlled by a remote setting. In this release's code it falls back to including them unless the setting is switched off remotely.
Monitor tasks running in the background now show up in the footer count instead of being left out. If the remote setting is turned off, they are left out again.
