Unclear Which allow rules are now skipped during matching is not known.
What
In auto mode, a permission mode where Claude Code approves many actions without asking you, some permission requests are copied into a shorter form. That shorter copy already left out the raw command. It now also leaves out the tool's input, meaning the details of what the tool was asked to do.
Separately, when Claude Code checks a request against your allow rules (rules saying which actions may run without asking), it now skips certain rules.
Why
Less detail about what each tool was doing goes into these shortened requests, and fewer of your allow rules take part when a request is matched.
