A session can ask to be woken up when something happens in a document. For a Claude Doc, Claude Code now shows a quiet notice when that request cannot cover comments:
the document does not support comment events
the request was not registered, in which case the notice also gives the reason
The notice says @Claude comments will go to another Claude and will not reach this session. Other documents still show the old message.
Why
This stops Claude from telling you it will see your Claude Doc comments when it will not.
