What
When Claude Code opens a folder for the first time, it normally asks whether you trust that folder. /ultrareview now checks this trust before it starts.
If the session began without being able to ask the trust question, /ultrareview refuses to run. Its message tells you to run the command in a claude session where the trust dialog was accepted.
Why
If you run /ultrareview without an interactive screen, for example from a script, in a folder whose trust was never accepted, you will now get a refusal. Open the folder in an ordinary claude session, accept the trust question, and run it there.
