What
Claude Code can move a session (one ongoing conversation) to the cloud. It now records whether the move happened, based on whether the reply says "Session now in the cloud". If the move did not happen, Claude Code puts back a copy of the text you had typed but not sent.
Why
A failed move no longer throws away what you were typing.
