When you move a session to the cloud, Claude Code sends along a pack of your home settings.
The code that builds this pack accepts a new withRunnerPack option, off by default. When it is on, the pack can include a forRunner field, a part meant for the remote machine that runs the session.
Seeding the home settings for a cloud session now passes withRunnerPack, depending on a separate check.
Why
The settings a cloud session starts with may now include configuration for the machine that runs it, not only your own home settings.
