What

The remote-control connection lets a Claude Code session be reached and controlled from somewhere else. It now has a step that starts a live preview of the session. It refuses to start when the session only makes outgoing connections or is blocked for another reason. Otherwise it may first check that the signed-in account owns the session. It then starts the preview with the session's identifier, the API address and an access token. Shutting the session down or handing it off now also sets an extra signal that cancels the preview.

Why

This prepares the connection for previewing a session through a tunnel, which is a private link from outside to the session.
