What
The permission dialog asks before Claude Code takes an action that needs your approval, and it can explain why it is asking. Those explanations are now sized from both the width and the height of your terminal:
It sets aside up to 12 lines, based on the terminal's height.
It shares those lines between the consent, streak and ask-rule sections.
It cuts the text short only when it would not fit.
Before, each section got a fixed number of lines and only the width was considered.
Why
The permission dialog may fit better in a short terminal window.
