What

SSH is a way to work on another computer remotely. When you are connected over SSH and try to paste an image, Claude Code often cannot read it from your clipboard. The message it shows now reads "no image over SSH · copy the file over, paste its path". It stays on screen for five seconds instead of one.

The message also appears for pastes that cannot be read over SSH. The old text was "No image found in clipboard. You're SSH'd; try scp?"

Why

If you work over SSH and want Claude to see a screenshot, copy the image file to the remote computer and paste its file path into the prompt.
