What
Claude Code now keeps an internal record of which windows are open and which have been opened. For stretches when none is open, it adds up processor time (how long the computer's processor spent working for Claude Code) and elapsed clock time.
Why
This is internal measurement only. It adds nothing you can turn on or change.
