What
The model picker is the list you choose a model from. Before, an entry could be shown as disabled for only two reasons: your organisation's settings, or an error. When a certain condition is met, Claude Code now also disables any entry that is missing from the list of models the server offers, and gives one of two reasons:
- not offered
- disabled by the server
