What
Managed settings are settings your organisation sets for you remotely, and policy limits are its rules about what Claude Code may do. After you sign in from the fleet or agents view, Claude Code now fetches both again, showing a waiting screen while they reload, and applies the organisation's configuration check.
The same reload also runs when the organisation's documents are reloaded. Before, signing in did not refresh these settings.
