When you send feedback from Claude Code, every possible result of that submission now carries a request ID. A request ID is a reference number the server attaches to its reply. Claude Code takes it from the reply's headers. Before, feedback results had no request ID.

A request ID makes it possible to trace a feedback submission that failed, so a problem with sending feedback can be followed up.
