What
DesignSync asks you to approve certain actions on claude.ai/design projects before it carries them out. Those approval prompts have been rewritten, and the create_project and finalize_plan approvals are now built by one shared helper instead of text assembled separately in each place.
- The approval for a new project now asks "Create a design system project on claude.ai/design?" and says "Everyone in your organization can see the new project. You can change that from its Share menu." It replaces the older text that called the project visible to your whole org as a server default.
- The prompts clean up names and paths before showing them, show "From folder:" and "To project:", and cover both uploads and deletes.
- The prompts say "Files aren't listed here. To see them, answer No and ask Claude." The instructions given to Claude match: you see the source folder, the project and, where they fit, the file paths. When some don't fit, you are told to answer No and ask, and Claude should then list every path exactly and call
finalize_planagain. Before, the instructions said you saw the full structured path list. create_projectnow refuses a project name that cannot be shown in full, with the message "create_project: the person approving must be able to read the project's name, and this one can't be shown in full." Before, there was no name check.- DesignSync has a new
permissionCard, the card that displays the approval. write_filesnow reads files in parallel batches of 32, and one failed file no longer stops the others from being read (it usesPromise.allSettledinstead ofPromise.all).
Why
When you approve a project, you should be able to see exactly which project and folder you are approving. Refusing names that can't be displayed in full stops hidden or invisible characters from disguising the project name at approval time, and the new wording makes clear that the file list may be incomplete and how to see it.
