In a cloud session, some file writes are prepared ahead of time and put in place later. Before placing such a file, Claude Code now reuses the permission decision made for that write and checks each path it covered. The write is refused when:
it would have needed to ask you first
the path has moved since it was judged
no permission decision is available for it
Why
Fewer prepared file writes go through without asking you.
