When you are near your usage limit and still allowed to continue, the warning can now say something like "Over 80% of your usage limit used" instead of only "You're close to your usage limit". The percentage is a whole number between 1 and 99. When there is no usable percentage, such as a value of zero or a full 100%, the warning falls back to the older wording.
Why
You see how much of your limit is actually left, not just that you are getting close.
