What
When you near a usage limit, Claude Code shows a warning. Sometimes there is no exact usage percentage to show. In that case, if the server reports that you have passed a set threshold, the warning now reads "Over N% of your … used", naming the limit. If no threshold is reported, it still reads "Approaching …" as before.
Why
When you are close to a limit, you get a clearer idea of how much of it you have already used.
