What
When a server answers a request by pointing it to a different address, this is called a redirect. One kind of request that Claude Code sends, a POST carrying JSON data, now fails when it gets a redirect. Before, it followed the redirect to the new address.
Why
This is a security tightening. Sign-in details and other request headers are no longer passed on to wherever a redirect points.
