What
Some files are copied into place before Claude Code can use them, which is called staging. When a staged file's copy runs longer than a set time, Claude Code can now give a notice naming the files that are still copying.
Why
If a file takes a long time to arrive, you can see which one is holding things up instead of waiting without knowing why.
