What

Before, the final text taken from a conversation was always Claude's last written message. Now, if the conversation contains a successful call to a report tool, that report's message becomes the final text.

Auto mode is a mode where Claude Code runs an automatic check on actions instead of asking you each time. If that check flagged the report, or could not review it, the final text starts with: "Auto mode's check flagged this report or could not review it. Read it with care."

Why

This changes the summary you see at the end of a piece of work. When the warning appears, read the report carefully before acting on it.
