What
When Claude Code publishes an artifact:
- Template: the usage report now always says "plain", instead of passing on the artifact's template.
- Block IDs: Claude Code no longer adds block IDs to the document.
- Wait setting: a policy setting,
startRowsMaxWaitMs, was removed.
Why
The artifact template and block ID features have been removed, so published artifacts are plain documents.
