What
Before Claude uses certain tools (the actions it can take, such as running a command or editing a file), Claude Code asks for your permission in a dialog. That dialog can now show an optional note line between its existing content and the list of choices. When no note is set, the dialog looks as before.
Why
This is a small change to the screen. Some permission prompts may now carry an extra line of context before you pick an answer.
