What
The security warnings Claude Code collects during setup are now stored as entries holding their text, rather than as plain strings. Duplicates and removals are matched by that text, and the list now passes through an extra step before it is shown.
Why
This is a change to how the warnings are stored, and it may mean duplicate warnings are filtered out.
