What

When a dialog appears, such as a question asking for your permission, Claude Code now scrolls it into view. When the dialog closes, it returns to where you were scrolled before, or to the bottom. While a dialog holds the view, Claude Code stops jumping back to the latest output. Your autoScrollEnabled setting is taken into account.

Why

Permission requests and other dialogs should no longer be left off-screen in fullscreen mode, and you keep your place once they close.
