Unclear It is not known which tools or requests are marked as one-time answers only.
What
A permission request is the prompt that asks you to allow or deny something Claude wants to do. Permission results can now carry a oneTimeAnswersOnly flag.
It is treated like the existing denialLimitFallback and autoDenyWindow cases.
It skips the call to the auto-classifier, the automatic check that can decide a request without asking you.
It counts as local-only.
In the permission dialog it triggers the same "ask capped" handling, which is likely to hide the lasting "always allow" choices.
Why
For requests with this flag, expect to answer each time instead of saving a permanent rule. What sets the flag is not shown.
