Unclear When "not signed in" appears instead of "not authenticated" is not known.

What

An MCP server is an outside service that gives Claude Code extra tools. In the details panel for an MCP server, the sign-in line can now show a dimmed "not signed in". Before, it only ever showed "authenticated" or "not authenticated".

Why

This is text you will see in the MCP panel, so "not signed in" is a status worth recognising.
