When a draft is offered for review, Claude Code shows keys to act on it: 1, 2 and 0 to review, send or dismiss. Before, these were always shown. Now they appear only when they can be used. Otherwise, such as when the input box already has text in it, the hint reads "clear text to review, send, or dismiss".
Why
A small fix: the hint now tells you what to do when the keys would not work.
