What
A developer layout that opens tmux panes running bun run watch and bun run start was turned off outright before. It now waits on a folder check, but the folder is never set, so the layout still cannot run. Nothing changes for anyone using Claude Code.
Why
This is internal tooling that stays switched off in the public build.
