Unclear Which server errors count for this is not known.

What

Headless sessions (ones that run without an interactive screen) and cloud sessions can pick up a turn that was interrupted when they restart. Before, a new prompt from a person took priority over that automatic resume only when the turn had ended on a rate limit. It now takes priority when the turn ended on a server error.

Why

This changes what happens after a restart when the last turn failed: your own prompt now wins over the automatic resume in more cases.
