What
When Claude Code fetches context for a claude.ai Project, identified by CLAUDE_PROJECT_UUID, a successful fetch now also passes on information from the server about the project's document text. If the fetch fails, or CLAUDE_PROJECT_UUID is not set, nothing extra is passed on. The project context itself is still returned as before.
Why
The server may now be telling Claude Code how a project's document text should be brought into the session, instead of Claude Code deciding that alone.
