When Claude suggests a plugin (an add-on that extends Claude Code) using a suggestion card, the result sent back to Claude can include an extra note when the card was shown.
The instruction about skills (reusable sets of instructions Claude can load) also changed. Before, it told Claude to surface skills with a named tool. Now it tells Claude to use that tool when it is among its tools, and otherwise to name the skills in its text reply.
Why
Claude now has a clear fallback when the tool is not available, so it mentions the skills in words instead of trying to call a tool it does not have.
