What
Claude Code can add short reminders for the model at the start of a turn (each exchange of your message and Claude's reply). There are two new ones:
- a host status nudge
- a host prompt reminder
They are added when a host-related condition holds and none of the other start-of-turn conditions apply.

In the setups where they apply, the model gets extra guidance each turn that it did not get before.
