What
An MCP tool is a tool supplied by an outside program connected to Claude Code. When a call to one times out, the error message now adds a further hint if the call still has open questions, ones waiting for an answer. It is added after any existing hint.
Why
The message gives more help when a call timed out while it was waiting on questions.
