For a headersHelper command supplied by an organization, Claude Code now prepares the command's environment at the moment it is needed rather than ahead of time. A command's environment is the set of named values it receives when it starts. Before, that environment was always prepared upfront.
Claude Code also keeps a second copy of the environment, without the extra values that come from the current context. It uses this copy when comparing the command with ones supplied by plugins.
This is an internal change to how header commands are set up. It does not change anything you need to configure.
