Skills and plugins are add-ons that extend what Claude can do. When Claude Code scans them for syncing, each folder was either a recognised bucket, identified by a marker, or a stray. Folders whose marker can't be read now get a category of their own: each one is logged as a warning, and the scan returns them in a separate unreadable list. Before, such a folder was counted as a stray.
