Unclear It is not clear what the one-time action on the checklist screen does.
Claude Code has a new switch, tengu_velvety_mango, that Anthropic's servers can control. When the server sends nothing, or the lookup fails, Claude Code treats it as on.
It is used by the checklist screen shown while a cloud session (a session running on Anthropic's servers) is being created. When the switch is on and another condition is also met, the screen runs one action, and only once.
Because the built-in fallback is on, this step runs unless the server turns it off.
